All new tenants have to sign a Pre-Authorized Debit Agreement Plan, including a Void cheque, in case that we have someone refusing to pay. That way we can withdraw the missed payment from their bank account, if there is sufficient funds. You don’t pay us our management fee when the rent is not paid. We are only paid when you are.
All new tenants also have to sign an extra 7 pages “Rules & Regulations” agreement, attached to the provincial Lease Agreement as an Appendix, in order to add an extra layer of protection to your property.
