- The Pre-Screening Form is only used to know if you pre-qualify to schedule a visit. This is not a credit check and it is free.
- After the visit, if you are interested to take the unit, there will be a non-refundable application fee of $24.99 +tx for each applicant, to run the credit check & background check. This is a mandatory step.
- This is a soft check, which means that it will not affect your credit score.
